Process for Section 8 Company Registration

  • Name Approval Application (RUN Form):- The next step is to reserve a unique name for the company using the Reserve Unique Name (RUN) facility on the MCA portal. The proposed name should reflect the company’s purpose and avoid words indicating a profit-making activity
  • Prepare MOA and AOA: – Draft the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), ensuring they clearly state the charitable purpose and are free of profit motives.
